This site is owned and operated by Outdoor Country.  We are a family owned business with our retail location in Bishop, TX. We are  dedicated to supplying  the finest name brand merchandise we can acquire. We have been in business over 20 years taking care of our customers. We moved into cyberspace in 1999, with our first website www.boots99.com . At our retail location we carry boots and shoes from Ariat, John Deere, Double H, Carhartt, Justin, Chippewa, Red Wing, Rocky, Durango, John Deere, Georgia, Dickies, LaCrosse and more and can now offer these fine brands nationwide.

 Our websites are our online catalogs which enable us to offer a much larger selection of boots than we carry in our store and since we have them drop-shipped directly from the manufacturers, we can offer lower prices because we don't have to hold them in our inventory. 

 We currently only ship domestically within the USA, and shipping to Alaska and Hawaii  is handled differently.  The shipping prices shown on the order page($6.95 Ground Shipping and $16.95 for 3rd day select) are for UPS delivery within the continental USA, so be sure and email for a quote if you live outside the standard shipping area. 3rd Day Select usually takes 4 days and does not include weekend days.  

We do not share or sell your information. All orders are on secure encrypted shopping venues and we protect your privacy.

Justin's Warranty

Justin warrants its boots to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. They do not warrant soles against wear, nor will they consider any claim when a boot is misused or abused in any way. Reasonable cleaning, conditioning and care are essential with all Justin products.

Boots that have been altered by painting, stretching, resoling, reheeling, cutting, adding zippers or any other alteration prevent Justin from determining if the boots are defective in materials or workmanship, and for this reason, cannot be considered for credit, repair or replacement.

If you feel you purchased a defective pair of Justin Boots and would like the boots to be inspected for possible defects in material or workmanship, first return them to us so that they can send the product into Justin for a factory inspection. If you cannot return the boots to us, contact your nearest Justin dealer and ask them if they will do a courtesy return. Justin boots will make every effort to process your return in a reasonable amount of time, however the inspection process can take up to six weeks.
